AQUILAW has advised United Spirits Limited on the strategic divestment of its factory unit located in Nacharam, Hyderabad.
The firm handled legal structuring, documentation and implementation of the transaction, including drafting and finalising the Deed of Conveyance and ancillary documents required to complete the sale.
The transaction team was led by Founding & Managing Partner Sucharita Basu and Real Estate & Infrastructure Practice Head Soumya Banerjee, supported by Tanya Sumana Das and Ankit Chhaparia.
