McDonald’ Corporations Global Capability Center Hyderabad: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has advised McDonald’s Corporation on the establishment of its global capability center (GCC) in Hyderabad, Telangana. The facility represents McDonald’s largest office outside the United States and will serve as a strategic hub for operations, technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
The transaction involved multidisciplinary legal support covering corporate, technology, employment, tax, real estate, insurance, and finance matters. Multiple partner-led teams from the firm worked collaboratively to support the project.
The GCC will play a central role in driving McDonald’s global innovation agenda and enhancing enterprise-wide capabilities. It is expected to create high-value employment opportunities and further strengthen McDonald’s presence in India as a key global operations base.
