Goyel & Goyal Advises on Axirium Aerospace’s $3.5 Million Seed Funding

Axirium Aerospace Seed Funding: Aerospace manufacturing startup Axirium Aerospace has successfully raised $3.5 million in seed funding, marking an important milestone in its journey to strengthen India’s role in global aerospace supply chains. The funding round was led by Shastra VC and BEENEXT.

Law firm Goyel & Goyal advised the lead investors on all aspects of the transaction. The deal team was led by Partner Akshit Goyal, with support from Senior Associate Avinash Kumar and Associate Stuti Vajpayi.

Founded in 2025 by industry veterans Nishant Khurana, Neeraj Agarwal, and Piyush Agarwal, Axirium Aerospace focuses on high-precision machining and the manufacture of structural sub-assemblies for global aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The founders previously held senior leadership roles at Tata Advanced Systems, bringing deep industry expertise to the venture.

The funds raised will be deployed to establish Axirium’s first state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility. In addition, the company plans to expand its engineering and operations teams and invest in building long-term partnerships with global customers.

Axirium aims to address increasing demand for high-quality aerospace components as global OEMs look to diversify and strengthen their supply chains. The seed funding is expected to position the company for future growth and larger-scale production capabilities.
