The Körber Group has acquired the remaining 49% equity stake held by Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited in Godrej Körber Supply Chain Limited, bringing its ownership to 100%. This move fully integrates the Indian business into Körber’s global supply chain operations and strengthens its footprint in India.
