New Delhi/Bengaluru, March 20, 2026 — Legacy Law Offices acted as legal counsel in the successful initial public offering (IPO) of Apsis Aerocom Limited, which saw overwhelming investor demand and strong market debut gains.
The IPO, comprising a fully book-built issue of 32.52 lakh fresh shares, raised approximately ₹35.77 crore. The offering was managed by Oneview Corporate Advisors Private Limited as the Book Running Lead Manager.
Strong investor response and listing performance
The issue garnered significant traction in the market, being oversubscribed by an impressive 129 times—highlighting robust investor confidence in the company’s business model and growth prospects.
On listing, the stock delivered a gain of 39%, making it one of the top-performing SME IPOs of the year and the third-best in terms of listing gains so far in 2026.
