Digantara’s $50 Million Series B Fundraise: New Delhi: Digantara, a space surveillance and intelligence company, has raised $50 million through a Series B funding round, led by a combination of existing and new investors, including 360 ONE Asset, Peak XV, Kalaari Capital, SBI Japan, and Rohinton Soli Screwvala.

Trilegal advised Digantara and its founders on the fundraise. The transaction team was led by Amit Khansaheb (Partner) and Abhishek Dubey, with support from Senior Associate Ishita Sinha and Associates Sagnik Sarkar and Aditya Kaushik.

Digantara is a deep-tech company focused on space situational awareness and navigation, providing orbital safety, space traffic management, and debris monitoring via its flagship Space-MAP (Mission Assurance Platform). Its clients include commercial satellite operators, defence agencies, and other strategic stakeholders.

The Series B funding will enable Digantara to expand its sensing, tracking, and decision-making technologies from monitoring objects in space to detecting and tracking missiles, addressing critical national security challenges.

The company plans to use the funding to support international expansion, particularly in Europe, and to strengthen its domestic capabilities through enhanced production capacity, satellite manufacturing, and in-house development of optical systems. Digantara operates across India, Singapore, and the United States.
