JSA Advises Clean Max Tasman on $124.63 Million ECB for Wind Project

Jyoti Sagar & Associates Acts on Clean Max Tasman’s Wind Project:  Clean Max Tasman Private Limited has secured $124.63 million through external commercial borrowings and associated facilities to finance a 140 MW wind power project in Karnataka.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Clean Max Tasman on the financing transaction, which was arranged by a consortium of international banks including BNP Paribas, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Société Générale.

The funding will support the construction and operation of the wind project, contributing to India’s renewable energy goals and expanding Clean Max’s clean energy portfolio.
