Gnani AI Series B Fundraise: Gnani Innovations Private Limited, operating as Gnani.AI, has raised $10 million (approximately ₹94 crore) in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Aavishkar Capital and saw participation from existing investor InfoEdge Ventures.

The platform, known for its agentic AI capabilities, helps enterprises automate customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp. Supporting over 40 languages and multi-modal interactions such as email and avatars, Gnani.AI aims to capture a growing share of the global enterprise voice AI market.

Fox & Mandal advised Gnani.AI on the fundraise. The transaction team included Advocate Neytra Nayak (Associate Partner) and Advocate Kishan Jaiswal (Associate).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised lead investor Aavishkar Capital. The transaction team was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner) and Vikrant Anand (Partner), supported by Varun Kaka (Principal Associate), Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager), Manan Kapoor (Associate Manager), Mitali Hakani (Associate Manager), and Tushar Patial (Associate).

Deployment of Funds

The funds raised will be used to strengthen Gnani.AI’s engineering and product teams, build advanced agentic AI capabilities, and develop multilingual and industry-specific solutions. The goal is to expand its offerings for enterprise voice AI, enhancing automation across customer support and engagement channels globally.

With this funding, Gnani.AI plans to scale its technology and solidify its position as a leading provider of AI-driven customer interaction solutions, leveraging multilingual and multi-modal capabilities to serve diverse enterprise clients worldwide.
